FPD Taiwan, organized by PIDA and SEMI, is a comprehensive tradeshow dedicated to flat panel display (FPD) manufacturing technology. The tradeshow will feature electronic systems, display, manufacturing technology, materials, components, and equipment. A total of 247 exhibitors and other major materials and equipment suppliers will showcase their latest products and innovative technologies at the show. A business and technology forum is to be held as a complementary activity at the same time and at the same location. More than 25,000 visitors are expected to visit the exhibition this year.

FPD Taiwan 2006 is the debut for TPO Displays Corp. in Asia after our exposure at SID2006 San Francisco, USA, from June 6 to June 8. At this event, TPO will continue to emphasize how we are set to "shape the future of mobile displays" by exhibiting the latest products and advanced technologies categorized as below.
Telecommunications: Showcase a portfolio range of mobile displays including the latest advanced LTPS TFT displays and system solutions. The broad product and technology portfolio deliver TPO unique advantages of FOS featuring widest viewing angle, high brightness, high color saturation and readability under various light conditions; and, the excellence of module design and mechanism. 16 products will be exhibited including 1.5-inch CSTN, 1.77-inch QQVGA CSTN TM; 2.4-inch LTPS VGA TF; 1.36-inch a-Si QQVGA TF; 2.0-inch QVGA LTPS TF; 2.5-inch TMR QVGA LTPS; 2.4& 2.6-inch LTPS VGA TM.
Automotive: Showcase a complete line of automotive displays from 3.5-inch, 5.8-inch, 6.5-inch, 7-inch to 8-inch based on the latest TFT technologies of a-Si and LTPS, featuring excellent optical performance, electrical reliability for high EMC performance, outstanding FOS performance and solid module design and mechanism ideal for the car displays from the dashboard instrument to the back seat entertainment system and car navigator.
Consumer Electronics : Showcase a full range of solutions to meet diverse requirements of mobile consumer electronics covering smart phone, PDA, DSC, DVC, PMP and Gaming devices based on the LTPS technology for TFT ¡VLCDs and AMOLED. Our solutions deliver high color saturation (70% NTSC), widest viewing angle (170¢X/170¢X), high contrast ratio (450:1) and high readability in various ambient lighting conditions, affording the end-user the best possible experiences. These high-performance integrated solutions enable our partners to respond to the dynamic market demand timely.
Technology Innovation: Showcase a full line of advanced technology solutions including ChampionChip, Close View, WideView 2D/3D switch-able display, Ultra Thin Module, ATR(Advanced TM LCD with High Reflectance), High NTSC, uWVA ( TM NB-ultra Wide Viewing Angle LCD), and VE-SPR (Video Enhanced Sub-Pixel Rendering).
