• We focus on cultivating and developing a consistent, transparent framework for corporate governance, and managing our business to the highest standards of transparency and accountability while contributing to overall company-wide business objectives.

Safety, Health and Environment Protection Policy

• We adhere to the national regulations and ordinance associated with Safety, Health and Environmental Protection and benchmark against international standards, as well as utilizing advanced technology, and best practices to operate our facilities. This program covers parameters relating to protection of the environment, employees, assets, and customer interests.

• We establish and maintain an effective management system, which would enable us to identify, assess, and control environmental aspects as well as safety and health risks. Furthermore, we would be able to effectively deploy our resources including capital to continuously improve environmental quality, safety and health.

• We also strive to strengthen our readiness to deal with emergency, and devise an effective Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to enable us to minimize the impacts from any internal or external discontinuities.

Supplier Management and local community

• Sustainability requires open, honest dialogue with our stakeholders. We continuously communicate with our suppliers and contractors regarding expectations of behaviors in the areas of safety, health and environment, as well as provide information and assistance as necessary to support their efforts to improve performance in these areas. We also encourage open discussion with local communities regarding the impacts of our activities on their safety, health, and environments, and strive to meet their expectations.
